Terra CRMTM is a Customer Relationship Management Solution developed by TerraLink.
It is natively integrated with Microsoft Exchange server, Hummingbird DM and the Microsoft Outlook client.


Terra CRMTM is an Outlook based system that incorporates the essential customer-related information required by your sales people, marketing department, financial managers and others.

TerraCRM provides three new folders inside Outlook: "Companies", "People" and "Opportunities". First you create a Company record, then you create People records which are linked to the Company. Then you can create Opportunity records with links to the relevant company and decision makers and influencers within that company. Each record stores key information and notes related to the company, person and opportunity in a fully customizable database. As a result, your key relationships and data are well organized in an easy to use environment.

The Companies database is linked to a Companies field on the DM5 profile, so when you add a new company into the CRM system it appears in the pick list in the Companies field on the DM5 profile. So once you add a company into the CRM system, you can start to relate documents to them, and easily find the documents from inside DM5. And from within the CRM system when you are looking at a company, person or opportunity, you can instantly access a list of all related documents in DM5.
